Employment School

Support for vulnerable groups.

Red Eléctrica collaborates with various non-profit organisations and entities to carry out social support actions targeted at various groups with specific needs.

Red Eléctrica has been collaborating with the Adecco Foundation since 2017 on the “Employment School” project, a professional voluntary action that seeks to improve the employability and professional integration in a normalised context of people with disabilities with high potential.

In 2019, Red Eléctrica participated as a specific corporate volunteer action in Woman’s Week, personally accompanying twelve unemployed women at risk of exclusion with special difficulties with access to employment, to contribute to improving their knowledge about the current job market situation and selection processes, and to be able to define their professional objective in a realistic, fitting manner.

During the three-day initiative, they used teamwork to define a professional goal and come up with ideas about how to succeed in an employment process, thanks to the collaboration of 11 volunteers from Red Eléctrica who provided knowledge, experience and many reflections.
