The new competency matrix allows Red Eléctrica to have in place a good governance tool aligned with the most advanced international practices and recommendations which facilitates the constant supervision of the quality, balance and diversity of the Board of Directors, both at an individual as well as at an overall level. It is updated annually to ensure it remains aligned with the strategy of the Red Eléctrica Group.
