Submission of the Annual Report on Remuneration of Board Members to the approval (binding vote) of the General Meeting, for the first time ever and on a voluntary basis, as a separate item on the agenda (along with the practice, begun in 2007, of submitting the annual remuneration of the Board to the approval of the General Meeting, in a separate point).
