Red Eléctrica begins to voluntarily publish an Annual Corporate Governance Report (FY2005) according to its own structure to provide information to its shareholders, together with an annex in accordance with the official model set out in Circular 1/2004 of 17 March, of the CNMV.

The individual Board director remuneration relating to 2005 is published for the first time, on a voluntary basis, and information is also provided regarding senior management golden parachute clauses.
