OUR ENGAGEMENT

Preparation of the Annual Corporate Governance Report (FY2004) following the new official model regulated by Circular 1/2004 of 17 March, of the CNMV, in which noteworthy are the following:

• Information is provided on golden parachute clauses of the executive director.
• Aggregate information is included on the remuneration of senior management.
• Inclusion of information on the external auditor relating to work other than auditing (amount and percentage of the total) and number of years linked to the Company.
