Corporate rules

Approval of the Regulations of the General Shareholders' Meeting, recommended by the Aldama Report, in order to recognise, encourage and maximise the rights of the shareholders of the Company.

• Elimination of the minimum number of 50 shares to attend the meetings.
• Reduction of the term of office of Board members to 4 years.
• New principle on the composition of the Board so as to ensure the most adequate representation of the share capital and a large majority of external Board members.
