Our commitment

The Board of Directors, on November 24, 2020, approved the update of the Corporate Governance Policy in order to, among other aspects, adapt it to current legislation on corporate governance and to the internal rules of the Red Eléctrica Group, as well as to incorporate the good governance recommendations generally recognized in international markets, adapted to the needs and business reality of the Red Eléctrica Group and the best practices applied by comparable companies, both in the Ibex35 and internationally.
