On May 25, 2021, the Board of Directors agreed to approve the update of the Orientation Plan for new members of the Board of Directors, which includes the list of essential information and documentation to be made available to the directors before and after their appointment. It also includes the list of necessary actions that, in general, are established between the new director and the Company.
